This 3-minute, 40-second report by Mike McCourt was broadcast on CITY-TV in Calgary on July 18, 2007. He looks at both sides of the debate. It is up to you to decide whether clearcutting the forest is good forest management. This video and the one below show clearcuts in McLean Creek, some of them 10-years-old. Despite the industry's claim that they replant; they clearly haven't replanted McLean Creek. They wiped out the Wildhorse Trail on Powderface a few years ago. That area has been replanted after complaints were filed.
